The bottom one looks the cleanest. What about varying the font size from Designer to student author or making the student's name in caps/lower case? The top one is also working fairly well. You might try reversing the fonts, the word Contents in sans serif, the names with a serif. Generally, sans serif works well for titles and headings as it is more emphatic. The serif fonts are easier to read in a body of text.
